Consumer market research

We did some interviews on a Saturday on Nottingham’s busy high-street. Standing outside stores at the height of foot fall we thought were brand appropriate (white stuff, New Look, H&M). Targeting young, active, fashionable girls. We presented them with images of LOFT’s marketing and clothes, and asked them to describe the images in one word. We got mixed reviews from people but here are the following results.

Whilst doing the interviews, we also did a questionnaire asking the girls varies questions to do with what they thought of LOFT. We correlated the data and worked out the top four answers; as presented below.
